Privacy

This page explains what the XlightsTN website collects and why. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

Contact form. When you send a message, we keep your name, email address and message so we can answer you. Only the XlightsTN team reads it.
Chat assistant. The chat assistant on this site answers questions about the show. Your messages are processed to write the answer. A private check removes passwords, card numbers and similar details before anything is processed. Please don't type personal details you don't need to share. If you ask the assistant to pass a message to us, it sends us what you wrote.
Visitor counts. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics and with our own copy of Umami, hosted by Keylink IT. Neither one uses cookies or tracks you across other sites. They show us totals such as page views, the pages people visit and the kind of device, so we can see what helps visitors.
Server logs. Like every website, our host keeps short-lived logs (address, time, page) for security.

Some pages show content from other services. They can set their own cookies and follow their own privacy policies:

The live show, playlist and video library come from our show site, live.xlightstn.com. Notes you leave there are read by the family before anything is shown.
Videos play from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode). The player loads only when you press play.
The map comes from Google Maps. The directions buttons open Google Maps or Apple Maps.
Donate buttons take you to Mending Hearts (Bloomerang), PayPal or the King's Daughters Child Development Center. We never see your payment details.
